Once the goods are delivered to our warehouse, they are subjected to strict qualitative and quantitative controls to weed out any eventual wrong deliveries to our customers afterwards. Once they have been inspected, the goods are stored using professional and safe processes and either immediately prepared for shipment or a pending group delivery (consolidation) in line with our customer's requirements, or in close consultation with them. If we discover that the delivered goods demonstrate unexpected deficiencies, we notify the supplier immediately and ask them to send replacements which are free of defects.
